DO YOU OFFER GROUP CONSULTATIONS OR WORKSHOPS?
Absolutely! I offer these either privately on request or have regular group workshops open to the public. Keep an eye on the events and retreats page to see whats going or or join the newsletter.
HOW MANY SESSONS WILL I NEED?
The number of sessions you will need will depend on your specific needs and goals. Some individuals may only need a few sessions, I recommend at least 4, while others may benefit from ongoing coaching.
HOW CAN I START WORKING WITH YOU?
Either book online or contact me directly. If you have any more questions I'd be happy to answer them to make sure you'll be able to reach your goals.
HOW DOES BREATH COACHING WORK?
As your breath coach, I'll work with you to identify your specific needs and goals. I'll access your current breathing and take some baseline measurements. Then create a customised plan that includes breathing exercises and techniques to help you achieve your desired outcomes.
A guided breath journey may also take place, again, it depends on what your goals are.
CAN BREATH COACHING BE DONE VIRTUALLY?
Yes, your breath coaching can be done virtually through online video conferencing.
I use Google Meet.
If this is your preferred method then it would be a great idea for you to purchase your own pulse oximeter.
