Day 1: Harnessing the Power of Mind and Body

  • 9:30 AM - 10:00 AM: Welcome & Introduction to "Mindfulness in Action"

  • 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM: The Foundations of Functional Breathing & Mindfulness

  • 11:00 AM - 11:30 AM: Guided Breathwork Session

  • 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM: Safety Considerations for Ice Bath & Mental Preparation Followed by Ice Bath Immersion

  • 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM: Lunch 

  • 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM: Breath Control Training & Apnea Theory

  • 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM: Pool Breath Hold Training

  • 4:30 PM - 5:00 PM: Debrief & Q&A

Day 2: (Optional Extra) Put Your New Skills into Action

  • 7:00 AM: Skydiving Experience!
